Chaosss Co Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
You may return unopened retail packs of wall plates and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking details.
2. Eligibility Criteria
| Item condition | Outcome |

| Unopened / factory-sealed pack | Eligible for full refund (product price + tax). |
| Opened pack or missing hardware | Eligible with 20 % restocking fee to cover inspection and re-bagging. |
| Bulk / wholesale orders (placed via invoice or Draft Order) | Final sale — no returns unless items arrive defective. |
| Custom-engraved or clearance items | Not returnable. |
3. Return Shipping

Customer-paid: For all discretionary returns (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our cost: If we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll email a prepaid label.
4. How to Start a Return

Email support@chaosssco.com with your order # and reason for return.

We’ll reply within one business day with an RMA # and return instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA.

Pack items securely; include all screws and the original polybag.

(We cannot accept walk-in returns.)
5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed; banks may take an additional 3-5 days to post the credit.
6. Exchanges
Because inventory moves quickly, we do not offer automatic exchanges. Simply initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct SKU.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your package on arrival. If products are damaged in transit or parts are missing, email photos to support@chaosssco.com within 7 days so we can send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or credit-card statement again.

Contact your credit-card company (processing times vary).
