Chaosss Co Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Fulfillment Method
All orders are packed and dispatched by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (Amazon Logistics) from our U.S. warehouse network. This allows reliable tracking and fast transit times.

3. Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 PM ET are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipment-confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

4. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Expedited (optional)** Any Carrier-calculated at checkout 1 – 3 business days

*Delivery estimates begin once the carrier scans your package.
**Expedited options appear only when Amazon Logistics can guarantee the quoted timeframe to your ZIP Code.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we release orders to the warehouse in real time, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. If you need assistance, email support@chaosssco.com immediately with your order number and “URGENT” in the subject line; we will do our best to help.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Delayed: Carriers may occasionally experience weather or peak-season delays; we cannot refund shipping fees for carrier delays that are outside our control.

  • Lost: If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (Economy) or 3 days (Expedited), contact us and we’ll open an investigation.

  • Damaged: Inspect packages on arrival. Report damage with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded (product cost only) or reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

8. Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Trade and contractor orders placed via invoice or Draft Order follow the same carrier network but may require additional lead time for palletization. Delivery windows will be quoted during the wholesale-order process.

9. Holiday Cut-Offs
Published holiday cut-off dates (e.g., Christmas) will appear in the site banner each year. Orders placed after those dates may not arrive in time despite expedited shipping.
