2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to U.S. export laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products; however, we cannot guarantee your screen’s display of any color will be accurate.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (Amazon Logistics). Typical delivery time to the contiguous United States is 2–5 business days, but actual transit time may vary due to carrier constraints, holidays, or weather events. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. Tracking details will be emailed to you automatically when your order ships.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our complete Return Policy is available at /policies/refund-policy. Only unopened retail packs may be returned within the stated return window; opened hardware may be subject to a 20 % restocking fee. Bulk/wholesale orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Wholesale Orders

Contractors, installers, and resellers may request volume pricing by emailing sales@chaosssco.com. All wholesale invoices are issued via Draft Order and may carry Net-30 or other agreed payment terms. Wholesale customers are responsible for remitting any state or local sales/use tax where applicable and for providing a valid resale certificate.

7. Payment Terms

We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is due at checkout unless alternate terms have been approved in writing. Chaosss Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

8. Taxes

We collect U.S. sales tax where legally required based on your shipping address and our nexus obligations. Tax-exempt customers must supply a valid resale or exemption certificate before placing an order; refunds for tax charged on exempt orders will not be issued retroactively.

9. Electrical Safety Notice

Our wall plates and low-voltage accessories are designed for use with standard North American electrical boxes. Always switch power off at the breaker before installation and follow local electrical codes. Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about any installation step.
